Your privacy choices

You’re in control of your data on Root{Sport}. Here’s every knob, where to find it, and what it does.

Dashboard privacy settings

Signed-in users can visit their profile settings to:

• Change what’s visible on your public profile (if you have one).
• Toggle whether coaches, scouts, or the public can contact you.
• Update consent for recruiting, academic data, media use.
• Opt out of marketing and non-essential email.

Download your data

Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account and ask for a data export. We aim to deliver a machine-readable archive within 30 days. For accounts belonging to minors, the guardian on file should make the request.

Delete your account

Email [email protected]. Account deletion purges your personal data within 60 days. We retain some audit records (payment history, access events involving minors, legal-hold items) for the minimum period required by law.

Deleting your account is permanent. If you’d rather just go quiet, you can also deactivate from your profile settings.

Guardian-managed minors

If you’re the guardian of a user under 18, you have the same rights on their behalf. See guardian controls for the full list.
